Ferdium groups messaging and web services in a desktop client. The Trafford Ferdium server stores client-related account/settings data; each added service keeps its own login.
Use the account and application access assigned to you. If no access-request option is listed, contact Tyler rather than creating a duplicate account. Open Ferdium.
Expected result: The selected service works inside Ferdium, with its own account and notification preferences.
On a shared computer, sign out of the individual services when finished. Do not assume removing a tab revokes all of its remote sessions.
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. Include the application, time, and error wording; omit passwords, tokens, and private recovery links.
