Use this page when you know your current password and can sign in. For a forgotten password, use account recovery.
Open account management with your normal account. Have your current password available and choose a password you do not use elsewhere. A password manager can help you create and store it.
Expected result: the change completes and a fresh Trafford sign-in accepts the new password. Connected services may need you to sign in again or update a saved credential.
Do not put the password, part of it, or an answer revealing it in Password hint. You do not need to share your password with Tyler or an approver.
Check whether your password manager selected a different account. If you have only used single sign-on, account management may not yet have a locally verifiable password for this action. Use the email reset flow, also the supported route when the current password is unknown.
Stop repeated attempts. Check whether it uses Trafford sign-in or its own account. A Trafford password change does not necessarily change a separate application password, app password, API token, or existing session.
If the portal accepts the new password but a connected service does not, Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. Report the service and change result; do not send either password.
Use a trusted device, change or reset the password, and contact Tyler promptly. A password change alone does not confirm that all sessions or other credentials have been revoked. See suspected compromise.
