If you cannot use your contact email or authenticator, Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. You do not need to read a signed-in guide first.

You need: access to the email saved on your account and one browser session you can keep open throughout the reset. For a new account, wait for approval first.
Expected result: the reset succeeds and a fresh Trafford sign-in accepts the new password. A request-submitted message or receipt of an email is not proof the password changed.
The current reset identifies accounts by contact email. Some older onboarding messages mention a username; follow the Email address label on the current form. A missing or ambiguous email match needs Tyler's help; the service does not choose between multiple accounts for you.
Do not create a second account because recovery email is missing. An on-screen response is not a reliable way to determine whether an email address belongs to an account.
Reset links are one-time credentials. The configured lifetime is 24 hours; links may stop working sooner after use or invalidation.
If you can still sign in, use profile management to update the contact address while you have access. If you cannot sign in, Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. Explain that both sign-in and the saved email are unavailable.
Tyler will need to establish that the account is yours before helping. This page does not bypass that check. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive material unsolicited. Do not register a replacement account unless Tyler directs you to do so.
If sign-in asks for a code or device you no longer have, an emailed password reset does not remove that requirement.
Do not delete a working authenticator before a replacement is confirmed. Never send a QR code, setup secret, or current code. See authentication devices before changing phones.
Check your password manager and previous approval messages for your username. If you know your saved contact email, the reset form can use it, but do not assume it renames your account or reveals the username.
If you are unsure which account is yours, Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. Mention services you previously used and your known username, if any. Avoid repeated guesses or duplicate registration.
Follow any retry delay and stop repeated credential attempts. For a disabled account, a reset is not a reactivation request: contact Tyler.
If you can sign in but one application denies access, check request status and duration. Expired or removed access may need a new approved request. A password change will not grant it.
If several services are unavailable, see troubleshooting. The identity service may have an outage rather than an account-specific problem.
An unexpected reset email does not require you to click it. Open account management from the known link on this page instead.
Provide the service, username if known, approximate time, what you were trying to do, and the error wording. A cropped screenshot can help; remove private profile details and any token-bearing address bar first.
