Use your normal Trafford account for everyday applications and account management.
Have your username and password available. For a new account, finish approval and initial password setup. If you have forgotten the password or cannot complete an authentication prompt, use account recovery.
Expected result: you reach the application's normal home screen. Successful portal login followed by “access denied” usually needs an access check, not a password reset.
Your username identifies the account. Your contact email receives notifications and resets. They are not necessarily the same value. The password-reset form currently asks for Email address.
Applications can keep separate sessions. A second sign-in screen alone does not mean something is wrong. Open the service from a trusted bookmark or the portal and choose its Trafford option if available.
If you encounter an unfamiliar account-creation prompt for a service you already use, check with Tyler before creating a duplicate. A separate application password is not automatically changed by a Trafford reset.
Signing out of one application does not prove every session ended. For a lost or untrusted device, use recovery help.
Check keyboard layout, Caps Lock, and the saved account selected by your password manager. Avoid repeated guesses and follow retry delays. If only one application fails, check access requests and troubleshooting.
Contact Tyler using your existing contact details. Include the application and error, but no password or authentication code.
