The Wiki contains public help, signed-in account guidance, and restricted technical documentation. A visible link is not a permission grant.
Public reading/use does not require a Trafford account. Any signed-in features retain their own access requirements. Open Wiki.
- Open Wiki home. Choose Application guides, Account help, or a relevant technical section.
- Use the sidebar or the page’s contents list to jump to a task. The first-account and recovery links are public.
- Search for an application or topic. Results depend on your current permissions.
- For signed-in or restricted content, use the account menu to sign in with Trafford and open the link again.
- If a page is missing or inaccurate, send Tyler the page link and the correction you need.
Expected result: You can read the guide allowed by your current access, with a clear next step when a section is restricted.
Documentation - View is for restricted technical reading. You do not need it to read public account or application help. Account recovery remains available if Wiki sign-in fails.
- A home-page link says access denied: you need the destination’s permission, not a different public URL.
- Search finds fewer pages while signed out: that is expected; private results are filtered.
- You cannot edit: normal readers do not have writing rights. Authorized changes go through the documentation review workflow.
